It is opposite of backlink. If I give a link from my web site to another web site.This is outlink for me. Also It’s mean for another site is “ backlink”. If you give too many outlinks , It falls your value in the searching engines.
Outlink represents the link which is given to a web site. This site gives link which site , It’s mean is outlink. If you are link taker, so It’s mean is Backlink. If you have too many backlinks, it will affect your web site’s quality. You should give link at its best.
